Get French Classes Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Commission Structure
For each new customer they refer to Get French Classes, affiliates will receive a $100 commission on the initial purchase.
The commission is only applicable to the referred customer's initial purchase and is not cumulative for subsequent purchases.
Referral Tracking
Each affiliate will be provided with a unique referral link to track the customers they refer to Get French Classes.
The referral must be made through the affiliate's unique referral link for the commission to be attributed to the affiliate.
Payment Terms
Promotion Methods
Affiliates are not permitted to promote Get French Classes through paid advertising channels that would compete with the company's own website or advertising efforts.
Affiliates must only use the marketing materials provided by Get French Classes for promotion purposes.
It is against our terms for affiliates to make unofficial promises about the goods or services that Get French Classes offers.
Acceptable Promotion Channels
Affiliates may promote Get French Classes through their websites, blogs, social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and other organic channels.
Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Get French Classes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Get French Classes, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, remain the property of Get French Classes.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Get French Classes.
Termination
Get French Classes reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately cease all promotion of Get French Classes and remove all referral links and marketing materials from their channels.
Modifications
By participating in the Get French Classes Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the affiliate agreement and the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
